Marita Laddaran received her formal training at the prestigious Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver (Canada) on their Professional Pastry and Bread Program.

As a pastry chef, she uses her creativity and skill to provide clients with the best product and satisfaction they deserve. She has been working in the industry for over 12 years in pastry production and specialty cake designing and cake decorating. With the philosophy of making a memorable event extra special and the passion to bring smiles to the faces of people, she established Hearts and Bells Cake Artistry in order to create beautiful and delicious cakes that will bring together the hearts of the people sharing it.

It is indeed a privilege and delight to have made numerous beautiful and delectable cakes for so many people since 1997.
