  1. How to place your order?

    • Personally visit our main office located at 934 Alvarado St. Binondo, Manila and look for our sales representatives.
  2. How to place your order via Internet?
    • Show or send us the design or cake inspiration that you like including all the particulars or instructions then we will give you the quotation.
    • Once you approved of the price, kindly fill out our order form (Contact us) and send it to us.
    • We will then draft the contract for your approval and signature. Kindly send us the signed contract and make the 50% downpayment. The downpayment can be made personally or via bank transfer.
      Note: If the payment is made via bank transfer, kindly send us a copy of the deposit slip for our record.
    • Once the downpayment was made, you may coordinate with our staff regarding the proceedings. If you have any inquiries, feel free to contact us.
    • Full payment is to be made two weeks prior to the event.
  3. How long is the lead time for ordering cakes?
    • Two weeks is the lead time. However, we encourage you to book as early as possible so we can finalize everything sooner.
  4. Do you deliver out of town?
    • Yes. Delivery charges will be applied accordingly.
  5. How do we request for appointment?
    • Kindly email or contact us preferably 2-3 weeks in advance so we can check our schedule.
  6. Do you give discounts to w@w members?
    • Yes, we offer discounts upon presentation of the w@w card. The discount is applicable only on certain items.
  7. What is/are your best sellers?
    • Our best sellers are Tropical carrot cake and Devil’s food chocolate.
  8. How many flavors are allowed?
    • Main cake: maximum of 2 flavors
    • Minicake: one flavor for every 20 pieces
    • Cupcake: one flavor for every 50 pieces
